Request a refund
If you need a refund, email luoqinkai2@gmail.com from the email used for your purchase. Include the transaction reference and a short explanation. Do not send your ChatGPT conversations, payment card details or device credentials.
We handle refund requests manually and arrange approved refunds through the original payment method, subject to the provider's process and applicable consumer law. This policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for a product that is not delivered or does not work as described. We will assist with activation and delivery problems and applicable refund requests.
What happens to your backups?
When a refund or chargeback is confirmed, the Pro license is revoked. Automatic protection stops when the extension next verifies the license. Your existing local backups remain yours. Manual backup stays free forever.
No subscription to cancel
Pro is purchased once. The trial does not collect a card or create a subscription, and no recurring payment is charged.
